Back in December I was looking at the possibility of purchasing a 2014 Buick Enclave. I was in no rush since my 2008 Enclave was running well. We also ended up with a better financial deal by the time we received our truck. And last but not least, we dealt with Robert Powell for our after-sales additions and financing needs. He was very professional, informed us well of all our options, without putting undue pressure on us. I purchased a used car sight-unseen because I live in Windsor and didn't have time to actually look at the vehicle. What initially attracted me to Budds' was the very competitive price, one of the best prices I had seen online for the vehicle during my research and I knew I had to act fast if I wanted to purchase the car or it would be sold. Living in Windsor, I had never heard of Budds' so I did my research and found excellent ratings for them on this site as well as Google. That gave me the confidence to move forward and contact their Sales to find out more about the vehicle. My Sales Consultant was Basil Silas and he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also returned my calls promptly and even worked with me after my working hours to finalize the sale. Basil took the time to describe the vehicle to me and assured me that it was in outstanding condition and I would not be disappointed, which probably was my biggest concern. Based on Budds' reputation and taking Basil at his word, I made an offer on the vehicle which was accepted. The whole process was very professional and thorough... basically I dropped my old car off, and picked up my new vehicle with brand new plates and drove it home. Basil explained all the documentation to me and had everything ready to go when I arrived. When he showed me the vehicle I was shocked - it looked like a brand new vehicle and he was true to his word... I honestly couldn't have been more pleased. Budds' looks like they really care about customers... the vehicle was even stored inside for our walk around before I drove it away. Finally, Basil took the time to point out the features of the vehicle and even set up my phone to the Bluetooth as my older car didn't have Bluetooth. It's reassuring to know there are dealers like Budds' and Sales Consultants like Basil out there - I would recommend if anyone is looking for a GM vehicle, check this dealer out and ask for Basil.
