I'm most grateful for that. When we identified few issues with the 2010 Traverse I was buying Basil and Craig step up and make sure things would be taken care of. Rob took the time to explain all the finances and do the paperwork with precision, thank you. The only downfall was the long waiting to have a broken clip of the sunshade (front sunroof) replaced. When we identified the issue it supposed to be replaced by a new one. After waiting three weeks for the part ( GM sent the wrong one at first) the issue was solved by adding epoxy to the broken piece, an easy fix that doesn't look good, just don't understand why the waiting for a new part if that was the intention. Not a 100% experience with service but I will definitely refer as many people I can to come and see Basil as he helped me out a lot.. Amazing job. Keep up the good work. It takes people like you to make buying a car a better place experience. More

On a tour of the facility I was introduced to Shane Maginnis, the Shop Foreman, who answered some technical questions about the vehicle. Henry was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding a vehicle that fit our needs. He helped us pick out the Sonic which was the perfect car for what we were looking for. Henry and Basil both worked together to ensure the delivery of our new Sonic went very smooth. Great customer service and quality product After researching and test driving a number of pre-owned vehicles at various GM dealerships, I came across a 2011 Buick LaCrosse at Budds'. I dropped into the dealer to have a look at the vehicle, and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the dealership building and showroom. Also, the car I looked at was in very good condition, much cleaner than other CPO vehicles I had looked at and driven at other GM dealerships. Basil Silas, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the product, warranties, the CPO program, etc.. I decided to purchase the car a few weeks latter, and was ultimately impressed with the price and quality of car that Budds' offered. I also found Rob Powell in the business office to be extremely efficient with providing me with finance options, and following through with relaying information to my insurance company, etc. I would definitely recommend Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC to any one looking for a GM product.
