Two Thumbs Up !! This was my first visit to BuddsChev and I wasn't disappointment ! I was greeted by Heather at reception with a huge smile and a friendly demeanour. S This was my first visit to BuddsChev and I wasn't disappointment ! I was greeted by Heather at reception with a huge smile and a friendly demeanour. She was quick to page the sales rep I was supposed to meet with. When that rep wasn't available, Daniel Poutsoungas stepped in to assist me and it is a good thing he did. Daniel is charming and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. I came to the dealership with a very specific and challenging objective - to trade in my 2014 Mini Cooper S and find a pre-owned vehicle in order to lower my monthly car payment by 1/2. Daniel heard me and didn't try to upsell. He proceeded to sift through potential vehicles, scribbling numbers down, calling Robert Powell in finance trying to make the numbers work. Nothing was jumping off the page for me and then a light bulb went off. He found a great fit for me in a Fiat and now the challenge was to make the numbers work. This involved his manager and Robert. The effort that went in to making this deal happen was exceptional and very generous. Once the "sale" was complete I worked with Robert in finance to complete all the paper work, that again was a great experience, very seamless and hassle free. He took the time to explain the process and what was required. The deal was done within 48 hours. Daniel took care of getting the car safe-tied and detailed ( which included fixing a dent in the driver side door) and I drove off a very satisfied customer. Their customer service is outstanding and I received a follow-up email from Robert 48 hours after I took possession of the vehicle to ensure all was well. I will not hesitate to recommend BuddsChev especially Daniel and Robert to my friends and family.. More

I have dealt with Rob several times in purchasing new and used cars from Budds' Chevrolet. We just love him. He makes you feel as though you are the most important customer. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and answers all my questions quickly. We have been coming to Budds' for years and this last purchase was the vehicle of my dreams - the Yukon Denali 2018. It fit all our needs. Just when we thought this dream was beyond our grasp, Rob sent me an email letting me know the Yukon was ours. He worked so hard to get us into our Yukon. Tenacity doesn't even begin to describe what Rob did for us.'. The next purchase will be an add on and Rob is the person I will be looking to to handle our future purchases.
