I initially went to North London Toyota and had an awful, subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. It was also very pleasant dealing with Rita from Finance. Both ladies were amazing and had a great, positive attitude. Most importantly, I appreciated that all the costs of the vehicle were presented in a clear manner, which was sorely lacking in my experiences with other dealerships. Gwen and Rita were both friendly, informative, helpful, and respectful of my time. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Although when I need to move a little faster during my vehicle pick up, they were totally accommodating, but made sure I was given all the necessary paperwork and information. Gwen took me out to my new vehicle and helped me input my phone and went over all the buttons. I loved that! I would deal with both of them again. The dealership had sanitzer at the front door and I was greeted promptly on my visits there. This is my first experience at this dealership and I would definitely go back and recommend it to other. I love my 2017 Rav4! More
