Staff were busy but we were welcomed and ensured someone would be with us soon. We were introduced to Rick. Rick was very helpful and courteous, he understood we were just beginning to look and were thinking used. Rick took the time to answer all our questions in a friendly, professional manner and recommended a vehicle based upon our conversation. Rick is an excellent communicator with a no pressure sales approach and we ended up purchasing a new vehicle for my wife on that day. Our overall experience at Lexus of London was exceptional, staff are very attentive from initial greeting to taking delivery of the vehicle. We highly recommend Rick and Lexus of London. Already considering our next Lexus purchase and will be dealing with Rick again. More

Friendly and efficient staff Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sales rep ( Rick) spent a lot of time going over the features of the car (2 hrs) and reiterated that we could call Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sales rep ( Rick) spent a lot of time going over the features of the car (2 hrs) and reiterated that we could call or email anytime with questions. He also made a follow up phone call a couple of days later to see how we were enjoying the car. The assistant service manager ( Lyndsi ) did a good job explaining the service end of the car. . We were impressed that the manager introduced himself and suggested we could call him anytime and bring the car in anytime for assistance. More
