The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different veh I came into the Lexus dealership with little knowledge of what I was looking for. The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different vehicles they had available and had me test drive several. On my second visit, Rick carefully walked me through the different options and I was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for. At no point, did his sales approach seem pushy and I truly felt like he was trying to find a vehicle that met my needs.
