Great experience I was in the market for a used hybrid in London and came to Lexus of London because of an autotrader ad. I didn't expect much to come of it, but they I was in the market for a used hybrid in London and came to Lexus of London because of an autotrader ad. I didn't expect much to come of it, but they had a perfect car for me within my price range that was priced competitively for the market. The salesman, Rick, was fantastic and never pressured me. He kept up constant communication to make sure I got the car and deal that worked for me! My only complaint about my experience is that after purchasing the car the dealership pressured me to buy the extended warranty (which I opted not to do). Nevertheless, overall I found the dealership very professional with friendly employees who made me feel comfortable with the process of buying my first car! More
