He explained all the options available to me putting into consideration my needs for the SUV. He went over all the RX 350 Executive package features, helping me to see the value for my money! I made colour changes twice; switched from Sport F3 to Executive package and Rick never saw this as an inconvenience. He told me repeatedly that his job is to make sure that I am satisfied.
