Made appointments all over the city to find a new car, went to bmw,acura and mercedes before going to Lexus-BIG MISTAKE!! Rick was the best by far! Was on time for my appointment, had the car ready to go and gave me an hour for my test drive. Which I understand is something you would expect from any dealership, but was not my experience on Londons automile. (mercedes told me I had 10 mins and it was on empty with the gas light on, with 4 days notice and a scheduled appointment) Rick made it very easy to ask questions and bring up any concerns that I had with getting to know the vehicle. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

It was so refreshing to work with someone who didn’t make it feel at all like a sales pitch......instead you felt like you were being informed and advised by a professional who was working “with” you. Anyone who goes into this dealership and requests him will be very pleased. Kylie was also a lovely person to deal with. Adam, the manager, made a point of coming and greeting us, which was a nice touch. All and all, this dealership has done a fantastic job of creating a wonderful end to end experience for customers that serves the Lexus brand very well. This was our first Lexus purchase, but I would go back and purchase here again because of the experience that has been created by the team there. And I would ask for Rick Watson again! More

A super fellow who gave us as much time as we needed with so much patience when helping us with our choice. We feel he went over and above in the treatment we received. We do have one issue but will talk in person to Rick when we meet up with him for our first service. We were introduced to Alan Calvert and the same is to be said for Alan, and then once we were ready to pick up our Lexus we were introduced to Natalie Marsh who was able to explain in full detail all the technical inclusions of our vehicle; she was amazing and nothing being too much trouble for her to explain. We felt as though these people were not just selling vehicles, but wanting to make sure their clients were happy and able to come back at any time, whether just to say hi and share in a coffee with them or to have their vehicle taken care of in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend London Lexus to any of our family or friends. More
