Understanding your customer need and combining that with great personality and marketing skills is what everybody needs especially when buying a car and Rick Watson had all of that. Based on my friend's advice - which I'm glad I listened to it - I met Mr. Rick Watson at Lexus. He is one of the most welcoming people I have ever met. Honest and valuable advice My husband and I spoke with Rick about ending our leasing options with another brand of vehicle in order to get a new one that would adapt to our need My husband and I spoke with Rick about ending our leasing options with another brand of vehicle in order to get a new one that would adapt to our needs. As much as I know Rick wanted to help us get into a vehicle on the Lexus lot he was honest with us about the money we would lose if we broke our lease early. He gave us more information in 30 minutes than we got from the dealership that has our current lease. Even though that information pointed us in the direction of staying with our current vehicle for the next few months, Rick presented it openly and honestly and gave us a path forward that we could be confident in. We will certainly be visiting Rick and the team again when our lease is up. As a side note, we tend to go through vehicles quickly and have purchased new, purchased used and leased. I have never had a better experience than I did at Lexus of London, and I'm not even a customer (yet). What a stellar team of professionals, it's clear they operate with the highest level of integrity and respect. More
