New to London Had just moved to London, went to Lexus of London for service on my current Lexus. Mentioned that I might be interested in getting a different smaller Had just moved to London, went to Lexus of London for service on my current Lexus. Mentioned that I might be interested in getting a different smaller SUV. Met Rick Watson, and he assessed my current vehicle, and gave me some ideas on smaller vehicles and leasing options. While I was in Florida this winter, I continued to keep in touch with Rick about possibilities. When I heard about UX model thought it might be a good vehicle. I never felt pressure to make a decision in any way, just gentle, and knowledgeable guidance. I got back April 22, and within about 10 days I had my beautiful new UX 250Hybrid SUV.
