Fast forward 3 years, I'm back and Rick not only got me a great deal on the trade-in of my previous Lexus, but also got me a great deal on a lease of a new 2019 Lexus IS. Whenever I am in for service, if Rick is around and sees me waiting, he always comes by to say hi. I always value Rick's honesty, his desire to look out for the best interests of his customers, and his concern to get you in the right vehicle for you, and not just trying to make a sale. I've recommended him to people in the past, and will continue to do so into the future. Looking forward to getting my next Lexus from Rick in a couple years! This attitude not only applies to Rick, but to the team at the Service counter. Romeo is always quick to greet you, and is always up front with what my vehicle actually needs versus what can wait or is not necessary. I had an instance in January this year where my blower fan died, thus leaving me with no heat. Romeo was able to squeeze me in the next day, give me a loaner, and get everything repaired by the following week. Always a pleasure dealing with him! More

I found his approach and his understanding of my unique set of circumstances exceedingly positive. He provided me with all the information I required and worked with me to identify options for the purchase. Ultimately an unexpected opportunity arose out of Province and I did not complete my purchase with Rick. Nevertheless, he was gracious and genuinely happy that I obtained what I wanted.
