My husband and I are very grateful to have found an amazing Sales Representative with Rick Watson. He was incredibly patient and helpful over the last two years. I would constantly email asking about upgrading to the larger SUV in regards to pricing, lease details, etc. Rick was always prompt with his responses and not once did we feel like we were a nuisance, but rather a valued customer! We finally decided on the 2020 RX 350 Luxury package and couldn't' be happier! It is an absolutely beautiful vehicle. Thank you to Rick for all of your help. We were very impressed! My husband and I made purchase over the phone based on Rick’s Watson sole opinion. We were debating over 2 vehicles they had at dealership.
