I had the pleasure of working with Derren from sales, who went out of his way to ensure that I got the truck that I was interested in, and that everything was ready to go when I came to pick it up. He even drove to the airport to pick me up! I also had the pleasure of working with Richard from the finance department. He was completely honest, and disclosed all of the relevant details to me regarding the extended warranty coverage.
