She is kind, uplifting and eager to assist you in any way she can. You'll never feel rushed or pushed into something with her, truly making her a pleasure to work with. The manager, Rich Fatrolla is also an amazing person all around who works with you to make it happen. He will personally great you and make you feel like home within the dealership. Alongside the wonderful sales end we also dealt with Brandon Seguin on the financial end, which whom was also a pleasure to deal with. He takes his time to explain whats best for you and is patient, giving you the time to review your options thoroughly. When we found the vehicle, we met Sammy who promply got the keys and we took it for a test drive. When we were deciding on the deal we were treated very respectfully and there was not too much negotiation done, we were satisfied with the process and the price. The dealership and staff were very courteous and greated us with smiles, we felt welcomed. The inventory that Team Chrysler had was outstanding and we had our choice of the Longhorn.
