Initially I came in needing to be educated about the vehicle as I was still deciding what I wanted. Paul thoroughly walked me through everything and was patient with all my questions. I took a few weeks to decide on the vehicle but when I did Paul was very responsive. He, and the Sales Manager Rich, worked out a great deal, gave me fair value for my trade, and even rushed the Jeep for me that day. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend both Team Chrysler and Paul Dhillon. More

Kind, PATIENT, understanding, knowledgeabl Hello, I went to this location due to a used car ad. We were lucky enough to get Alex. She was AMAZING. Kind, PATIENT, understanding, knowledgeable and shows that she truly cares. We felt comfortable with her from the moment she smiled and said hello. She showed us a few used trucks then asked us about purchasing a new vehicle. We mentioned that although we would love to, it wasn't in our budget (we have NEVER purchased brand new before). Alex went OVER AND BEYOND for us. She took it upon herself to do EVERYTHING possible that we can get the vehicle we want for the price we want. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MOE (FINANCE GUY): Dealt with Moe for financing and all seemed will. That was until his sales pitch for extras. He left out details of a warranty package which I felt was shaddy. His response when confronted on signing day was that I should have read that part myself. He felt even though he lead me to believe that TITAN package was lifetime. It was my fault for not taking the paper he was reading from his hand to read it myself. I was VERY VERY ANGRY. I don't like to be con'd. ALEX AGAIN with manager Rich: Alex felt my pain and tried her best to calm me down. She got her manager Rich and he was AMAZING. I was surprised that he was so calm and spoke to me so nicely even though I was IRATE. To make a long story short he made me feel better by taking the time to listen to me, have me speak to Moe again to clarify and was understanding as to why I was so upset. Rich even gave my Husband a RAM hat to match our brand new truck. I left once again with a smile. They both made me really feel special and that my business was valued. It feels good to feel important. ALL AROUND AMAZING JOB GUYS :) More

Sense was that you were helping me buy the vehicle, which is the way I think it should be, rather than trying to sell a vehicle to me. In the end, feel like I came out quite undamaged, and even happy with the purchase and delivery, which is also the way I think it should be. (Yes, I am a skeptic.) Wanted to ask you and your colleagues, please do not quit your day jobs because people like me I think need people like you in your positions. Quite sure that I will come looking for you again. More
