Took my car in for a slight hit on the curb got quoted over 6 grand due to error, GMC parts tore and broke meaning obviously they weren't of decent quality. Decided to not get it done there, paid for my inspection then next morning they call me asking if I would come back and pay 60 dollars because they didn't put the right amount. Don't know if I would go back. More

The service department at Western is the most professional auto maintenance I have ever had. My most recent visit was to get a tire repaired and an oil change. Routine stuff. And I know they are going to suggest things but there’s never any pressure. Even though it usually costs me more than I intended for the visit, my Terrain is now all set for winter. The coolest new thing is the video they send you of your undercarriage inspection! I won’t ever go anywhere else. More
