Even though we were purchasing a used vehicle, we received gold star treatment. The dealership cleaned up the car to the point it looked brand new, but it was with the small details that we really appreciated. From the great sales service we received from Ben and Rashid to Dion realizing that the electric cap was damaged and ensured it was ordered and replaced before we picked up the car to Vicki wiping down the car so there was not even a boot mark on the mats. I also appreciated the vehicle walk through with Vicki so I could get to know the features before I drove away and never looked at the manual again. I love the etron and am enjoying driving past the gas station on the electric battery. I highly recommend Audi Kitchener Waterloo. More

Great experience I had a good experience purchasing my first Audi. I was lucky enough to come by at the end of the year and get to test drive and S5 and then purchase I had a good experience purchasing my first Audi. I was lucky enough to come by at the end of the year and get to test drive and S5 and then purchase the S4 in that beautiful Turbo Blue. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and didn't feel pressured into anything. I'm very happy with the new car and would recommend the dealer to anyone looking for a nice ride. More
