From start to finish, my vehicle purchasing experience was stress free. From the vehicle to the paperwork, all my questions were anticipated and when I did have something to ask, answers were prompt and patient. This is my first Toyota, I love the vehicle and equally important, I love the dealership. I look forward to a long relationship with Charlesglen, and would not hesitate to recommend them based on their customer service alone. Fiirst vehicle experience that has made me feel like a supported family member - truly terrific. More

Never thought it would happen!!! I made a point of reading the reviews of all the dealers in Calgary in an attempt to locate a dealer we could be at least reasonably happy with. Of a I made a point of reading the reviews of all the dealers in Calgary in an attempt to locate a dealer we could be at least reasonably happy with. Of all those dealers only Charlesglen Toyota had a rating that was high enough that we thought it would be worth at least taking a look. We walked in the door, spotless - an nice surprise. Looked at a few vehicles and found one we both fell in love with but felt it was too big to fit in the garage. Mike Loritz, Product Advisor, showed and asked if we had any questions. Had lots, he answered them then said " if you have time lets jump in one and see if it fits in your garage". IT FIT!!! Back to the dealership. Kim McMurdo, Sales Manager, was introduced to us then looked at and tested our trade in. Wow, two people working at this dealership who actually loved what they did and were proud to be part of the dealerships team! Kerri Hope, Financial Services Manager, worked out the payment and extras we wanted. Through this entire time never was there any attempt to upsell or coerce us into purchasing anything we did not want. Everything was explained in an easy understandable way. Another person who actually loves their job and where they work! Wow, even phoned to advise she could not be there on the day of possession, but would ensure everything would be done, in place and exactly the way we wanted it. Possession day. :) Arrive at the prescribed time, and were met by Jim McAlorum, Delivery Coordinator. Jim walked us through all the buttons, bells, whistles, then programed the phone in to work seamlessly with the vehicle. No question was insignificant or a bother!!! Everything answered in detail. "Any question, call or come back and I will help you with how everything works". Wow another person who truly loves what he does and is proud of where he works!!!! Lastly, Phil Dao, Sales Specialist - Financial Services Manager, stepped in and made sure everything Kerri Hope had said was carried out. Again no pressure to upsell anything. Answered any questions we had. Again, another person happy to be where he was and showed great professionalism in doing his job!!! If the Service Department is even close to the commitment to excellence, friendly professional approach, attention to the tiniest detail and no upsell as the initial team we have dealt with it would truly deserve the Five Star Rating we are giving them. Never thought it would happen that we would find a dealership where we would buy vehicles from for the rest of our lives. It just may happened!!! Thank you for everything!!! More

Most pleasant service that you can get I went to the dealership 4 hours ahead of my appointment. I was not expecting to be accommodated right away but they did! From the get go I know I wil I went to the dealership 4 hours ahead of my appointment. I was not expecting to be accommodated right away but they did! From the get go I know I will have a very pleasant experience. They gave me options, showed me what they have and explained to me in details what I am getting into. I have a clear picture of what is ahead of me and that to me is reassuring. I believe it goes with the territory but they are the most polite people you will rub your elbows with in a car dealership More
