This purchase was particularly challenging as it started with a Maverick purchase, but our needs c ) purchase through Courtesy Ford and Peter Rousom. This purchase was particularly challenging as it started with a Maverick purchase, but our needs changed and the delivery on the Maverick was delayed. Peter was very patient as we weighed options and made decisions but then changed our minds. New vehicle availability is very limited right now, yet you're spending upwards of $70,000....more than my first house cost...so you want to get the decision right. Peter always responded to my texts and redid the paperwork several times given our changes. Great service and definitely recommend Peter to deal with. Overall, the dealership has been good to deal with, the parts/accessories dept. staff helpful, and the service department knowledgeable. More
