I called Lorenzo the Busines Development Manger and made an appointment for the next day to view a new 2023 Sierra HD. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Kelly the sales representative that I had the appoin an appointment for the next day to view a new 2023 Sierra HD. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Kelly the sales representative that I had the appointment with. Walking into the dealership, I pretty well knew what I wanted. Kelly made the sale easy and stress free. I also had the fortune of meeting Karen the financial manager who was also fantastic to work with and didn't try to upsell any products I wasn't interested in. The sale was a quick, easy and enjoyable experience. To top it off, they play great music in their showroom ;) ! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly and pain free vehicle purchase. More

I bought an as is vehicle from this dealership my overall experience was good after some issues along the way were resolved! car only needed a few repairs to pass safety. I was greeted immediately upon entering the dealership. I was introduced to a sales representative who took the time to listen to my needs and wants and to understand why I was there. Very happy with my experience at G'town Chev. Very family oriented business and they genuinely care.
