So now they had my truck for week to try get the tailgate adjusted. I have tried contacting my service advisor to get update and get vague answers. I have emailed the service manager and no response. I see on OnStar my truck has at same spot for week. Vision you truly need to make changes to your customer service. The way are doing things you never be able to 100% satisfaction like your GM said going forward. I have contact GM customer service and I hope they can find resolution or buy back this truck. Vision you truly don't care about your customers it is just the money you care about. The whole vision management team at vision Buick GMC should resign and find management team that actually cares about it customers!!!!!! More
