From walking into the dealership, meeting my salesperson, then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. What I liked a lot, was the video in t then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. What I liked a lot, was the video in the finance office on the extended warranty. Most people learn by seeing as I am one of them. That video along with the finance manager answering my final questions is why I felt a was purchasing from the right dealership as I will refer my family and friends because of my non stress experience at GMC Buick!! Avoid Vision Buick/GMC! When I bought my vehicle Vision included a voucher for ten free oil changes as part of the purchase agreement. I went in for an oil change today only for the service manager to tell me that they have reneged on our oil change agreement. I have 9 oil changes left that they refuse to honor. The service manager was very rude and dismissive. More
