I have been with the organization for 12 years and thoroughly enjoy being part of an award-winning team, both from a sales and service standpoint. I am very proud to have earned the GM Mark of Excellence Award. I was born and raised in the Rochester area and plan on staying well in to the future. My hobbies include golfing, fishing, music appreciation and road trips. I have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. I have been taking my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali back to this location since I bought it from here. Within one year of having the truck I was told I need a new transmission. It was covered by warranty, okay grea location since I bought it from here. Within one year of having the truck I was told I need a new transmission. It was covered by warranty, okay great. They had my truck for 2 months. The refurbished transmission they put in made my truck worst. I took it back and they advised we needed a tune up and an oil hose replaced. $1300 later out of pocket that was still not the problem. Keep in mind we took the truck back atleast 3-4 times after the refurbished transmission was put in. I since moved to NC and took my vehicle to the GMC here, I got an appointment the very next day( at Vision appts are 2 weeks to a month out) and within 5 hours I was advised we had a fuel injector issue, motor Mount and there was a coolant leak( this was all reported to Vision and they said that’s not it). Vision GMC made us come out of pocket when we NEVER needed to. This location is by FAR THE WORST. More

From walking into the dealership, meeting my salesperson, then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. That video along with the finance manager answering my final questions is why I felt a was purchasing from the right dealership as I will refer my family and friends because of my non stress experience at GMC Buick!! Normally, I have no complaints of the vision dodge dealership in Penfield. However, this change on March 21, 2024. I’ve spent thes of thousands of dollars over the last 10 years at this dealer. When I presented 2 coupons right from their website to them, they wouldn’t honor them because of the disclaimer which states that these coupons may not apply to certain models. Models are not listed on this disclaimer and I submit that this dealer could use that general disclaimer for all vehicles in order not to honor the coupon. To make an extra $40, this dealer has lost a customer. I’ll go to the Dodge dealer in Webster from now on. Spending tens of thousands of dollars mean nothing to corporate who put the $40 profit over the satisfaction of a customer who has bought 2 cars and 2 extended warranty’s from this dealer. More
