Excellent Sales Team and Superb Service Team I just had service on my Dodge Caravan yesterday and realized how great of a dealership Team Chrysler really is. While my veichle was being serviced, I dropped in to say hello to Nelson who I had purchased the van from last year which is also my third veichle purchased from him. Because of his knowledge and friendliness and most importantly my experiences with him, I just recently referred a very good friend of mine to purchase a veichle from Team Chrysler but more specifically Nelson. He was pleased to see me and after a few minutes of conversation he surprisingly walked over to the Service desk and said that he would take care of the service bill. And I could only say great things about service advisor Shane Marion! I now live in Guelph which is about 1 hour away but I still and will only go to Team Chrysler for service. He is the only one that I feel comfortable working on my veichle which by the way is always quick and efficient. He always goes the extra mile and then some to make my experience a very pleasant one. Way to go Team Chysler! More

I purchased the Jeep on May 14th, 2014 at Team Chrysler with the help of salesman Nelson Tang. I absolutely love this vehicle. My boyfriend had just purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan R/T from Nelson and Team Chrysler and he had set up a test drive for me in a Jeep Wrangler. After test driving the Jeep, I knew this was the vehicle for me. We sat down with Nelson and negotiated a deal for the Jeep. This was the first new vehicle that I have ever purchased and I really want to thank Nelson for making the purchase a pleasant experience. From the sales staff to the service staff, this deal has been nothing but excellent. I'd like to give a special shout out to Salesman Nelson Tang for his diligent work in putting this deal together for me. I did an initial web search of Team's van inventory and saw the 2012 R/T for sale. I showed up on Saturday April 12th to physically view the van when I met Nelson in the used car section of the lot. Three and a half hours later, we had a deal done on the R/T. Having owned four previous Dodge vehicles, including a 2006 Grand Caravan, I found this to be one of the best deals I have ever made. Five days later I picked up the van. Once again, thanks to Nelson and Team for a job well done. Walter Kraemer. P.S.
