First Benz, but it won't be my last I came into the dealership looking to replace an aging SUV. I could not ask for a better purchasing experience. Mike Robinson took me on a test drive in a vehicle that met some, but not all, of my needs. I told him what I liked and didn't like about the car. Within the week, Mike called me to let me know a 2011 C300 had come through the door. I drove it, loved it, and bought it shortly thereafter. I'm writing this not because I am happy with the purchase (I am) but because Mike is head and shoulders above the field. The day I was out looking at vehicles, I had the opportunity to visit a number of dealerships. With Mike, there was no "What do I have to do to put you in this car today?". He genuinely cares about putting you into a car that is a good fit for you. He is easy going and there was no hard selling. It was a refreshing change and it ultimately was a deciding factor in choosing a brand. The dealership is lucky to have him. More

A very knowledgeable sales man! I've been a Mercedes owner for about 10 years now (only the best: the S-Class), but recently I went in the London dealership to discuss the options of I've been a Mercedes owner for about 10 years now (only the best: the S-Class), but recently I went in the London dealership to discuss the options of the new 2014 GLK350 and Mr. Robinson has done a superbly great job at it. Mike explained everything about the vehicle and he showed me about its features as well. Mr. Robinson may as well be a Mercedes Professor -- he conducted a great on-hand lecture about the GLK features and he recommended what my GLK should come with, knowing that I am well used to all the features what a fully loaded S-Class comes with. Although I ended up not progressing with the purchase of a new vehicle for my wife, it will be Mike whom I will ask for advice and/or help regarding any of our future Mercedes-Benz purchases. Once again, thank you Mike for all you've done for me and my wife in the Majestic World of Mercedes-Benz. Nothing but the Best! More

Beautiful new building, amazing selection of vehicles, new & used. We were greeted within a few minutes by Mike Robinson, a salesman. He was courteous, friendly, patient and full of knowledge of the vehicles that I was interested in. Never did he make us feel rushed. Absolutely not pushy. Mikes service, will definitely bring me back to the London dealership. I love my 2012 Mercedes GLK. Its an amazing vehicle. Still learning all of its capabilities, and will be calling Mike soon with a few questions ! I will definitely recommend this dealership and will send any and all prospective customers straight to Mike ! Thanks Mike for a wonderful experience with my new GLK - I love it !! More

This location is under new management after recent purchase by the Finch Auto group. It is shocking how horrible the MB experience is at this dealership. From frequent staff changes to rude managers, this is the very last new car I purchase at this location. Price was changed on me last second, long waits were had, and "brand new" car was delivered in an unclean fashion. This is all while I was paying near full MSRP price on a vehicle which would be considered a joking matter in any other premium dealership. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in a long time was walking into this dealership with the expectation of a professional transaction. Changing prices while holding one's initial deposit as ransom is grounds for a lawsuit, and I hope someone with more time and resources in their hand brings this dealership and their shady tactics to justice. More
