Mike Murphy joined the Finch Chevrolet team as a Service Advisor in February of 2014. The automotive industry was one that seemed to choose him. Dealing with different customers and providing his service to help problems go away is the most rewarding part of his job. Mike is a family man, so when he isn't at work he's playing video games with his two boys. His favourite hobby is an unusual mix between guitar playing and crosswords. Something people may be surprised to find out about Mike is that he prides himself on being the “king of trivia”. Mike is proud to be a part of such a great service team that goes above and beyond. He cares about his customers and working with staff that is second-to-none only makes his job that much easier.

Thoughtful Service I was in the dealership today for servicing and had my 6 month old with me. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours which I was ok with. My little one star I was in the dealership today for servicing and had my 6 month old with me. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours which I was ok with. My little one started to get a bit fussy and Dan asked what my name was to see where my car was at. Next thing I know, he returned with my keys in hand and my car was done (and washed!) in less than an hour! Although I was ok to wait, I really appreciated his help!! More

An exciting experience I have been saving for a car for a while, and finally contacted my salesman, Craig Stott, with whom I have dealt for twenty years, to discuss the purc I have been saving for a car for a while, and finally contacted my salesman, Craig Stott, with whom I have dealt for twenty years, to discuss the purchase. I always know that I will get exemplary service and attention from Craig. He has proven himself over the years and goes out of his way to make me feel as if at that moment in time, I am the most important person in his day. Craig listens to me, understands my concerns, patiently goes through all the ins and outs of the purchase and is not satisfied until he feels I am happy with the entire procedure. Whenever I direct my friends to go to Finch Chevrolet, I tell them to ask for Craig Stott. That way I know they will be treated with respect and deference. I should add that in a purchase such as this it is equally important to be able to have confidence in the service department, and in that respect, I find Finch Chevrolet to be friendly, competent and helpful whenever I have need of their help. Thank you, Craig, for a great job and for being a friend as well as a salesman. I am very happy with my new car. Now I must gain confidence in dealing with all the bells and whistles! What fun! More

Very competitive service dept. It is reassuring that I see long time older employees who are retained by what I see as good management practises. Some people feel that going to private garages suits them. The upside of Finch is that their people can spot impending failure because of their hard vehicle knowledge and experience. One their guys who drove our 98 Sierra to the back for an oil change spotted a bad hub saving us a bundle of trouble and risk. Our 09 G8 GT is safety and performance modified and the service staff have paid attention to detail on that count. Their sales guys who spotted our vehicles, checked them out and they commented on the good condition that we keep them in. Overall, I can see that they have staff who are sincerely into cars, trucks and a friendly conversation is only a step away. More

Craig is I keep going back to finch. I first meet craig when my nephew was out looking to purchase his first car. Jean and I found Vince and Craig to be both, very professional but also personal and friendly in our dealings with them.They didn't waste time trying to sell us something we did not want, but respect professional but also personal and friendly in our dealings with them.They didn't waste time trying to sell us something we did not want, but respected our wishes from the start.Vince went on the computer, found the car Jean wanted and got to the business of making a deal that was suitable for both Finch and Jean. The result was a deal that made Jean happy without a Marathon sales pitch. Another employee was asked to fetch a car for Jean to drive, and was also very polite and helpful in explaining the different options the car offered. We were greeted with a smile and hello by all personnel at Finches who looked very nice in their Black and white Finch shirts. The day of purchase, Craig spent much time explaining the operation of the car and all the options. I have been dealing with Vince since 1991 and Craig for my last two cars. All I can say is excellent treatment and service! More
