We really didn't needed a new vehicle, our current vehicle was just a year old. When we went to the dealership to test ride the new GLC 300, I told Tony to 'make me buy' this by giving us numbers that vehicle was just a year old. Tony won't promise anything that he can't deliver and he will never not deliver anything he promised. It was a seamless transaction and we are happy with our purchase. Greg from Finance was another gem of a professional. It was pleasant working with him. Although we didn't meet Mike in person but he did help us make this happen over emails.
