Their Service Department starting with one of their Managers, Rohan Beersa. are superb and professional. Service Advisors, Andrew Mak and Bobby Chan are simply FANTASTIC. The last few years I've been requesting specifically Bobby as his anticipation of our needs is simply awesome. Our last three vehicles have been from Terry MacKay, who was outstanding as usual. Since dealing with Terry more then four years ago, on previous vehicles, her personality has never changed. Always a pleasure to deal with. Always a wealth of knowledge and very professional. Always friendly. Simply put, sincere. Michelle Fung, our Presentation Specialist was excellent. Very patient. Soft spoken and knowledgeable. Excellent presentation of our two new vehicles and very good frequent followups to ensure all was good. Thank you to Town & Country BMW. Can't wait for the next vehicle. We just picked up our 9th car and every time we go there to choose the next car we lease to the time we pick up the car, the customer service has been second to none. From the time Sammy Au goes through the different cars and options to him giving an update on the status of where the car is and of course when we pick up the car, Sammy makes sure that the customer experience is excellent. And when it's time to pick up the car Michelle Fung is there to make sure that she shows you all the features of the new car (including setting up the BMW Assist) and that you understand how it all works. Again an excellent experience. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with the customer service with Town + Country BMW and recommend it to anybody buying BMW. More

I especially loved that she didn't just explain things; she demonstrated, then had me try and then checked in with me by asking if I had any questions. He has offered me the best option, although I wasn't present in Toronto but in Calgary, guided be very patiently and kept the vehicle readily available upon arrival. This is something similar to South West Airlines" customer service. It was a pleasure knowing the features under Michelle Fung's mentor ship and guidance. He made sure to assess and see what I wanted before giving me any suggestions. He took the time to show me what I wanted and gave suggestions instead of just trying to hard sell me any car. Sammy provided and explained all the information to me and assisted me in various tasks that made this experience as trouble free for me as possible. I couldn't ask for a better salesmen. Michelle the delivery specialist was very polite and patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to explain the vehicle functions in a clear and concise manner. I appreciated how she was focused not only on explaining the car but also on what i had to say and really made me feel like she was there to assist me. She spent a lot of time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. It was truly an enjoyable experience. The store was very clean and tidy. The service provided was more than excellent. Was truly over the top. I would definitely recommend this BMW location to my family and friends. Only thing I could ask for is the car for free. :) More

Steve’s overall customer service oriented treatment of me and commitment to ensure I was completely satisfied was the primary reason I purchased the vehicle. He is the reason I am driving a BMW vs. a Mercedes as it was my first choice before I stepped into your Dealership. Michelle on the other hand took the time to explain and demonstrate the features upon request during the delivery and continues to be accessible for any other issues I may have. It is like having your own personal BMW assistant when needed.!!
