The last few years I've been requesting specifically Bobby as his anticipation of our needs is simply awesome. Our last three vehicles have been from Terry MacKay, who was outstanding as usual. Since dealing with Terry more then four years ago, on previous vehicles, her personality has never changed. Always a pleasure to deal with. Always a wealth of knowledge and very professional. We just picked up our 9th car and every time we go there to choose the next car we lease to the time we pick up the car, the customer service has been second to none. From the time Sammy Au goes through the different cars and options to him giving an update on the status of where the car is and of course when we pick up the car, Sammy makes sure that the customer experience is excellent. And when it's time to pick up the car Michelle Fung is there to make sure that she shows you all the features of the new car (including setting up the BMW Assist) and that you understand how it all works. Again an excellent experience. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with the customer service with Town + Country BMW and recommend it to anybody buying BMW. More
