Erinwood Ford's Great Sales Team Matt Trueman was great. He help me navigate through my requirements for a car to the purchase of a new 2016 Explorer. 2009 Ford Fusion Good customer service on the sales end especially Matt and Ali. Awkward person working the back end in terms of Bill of sale. He was not friendly and approachable like the Sales team. Unfortunately I don't recall his name. The rotors were likely not "replaced" as mentioned constantly by the sales team. They were resurfaced since they do not look new. Overall a good experience. Would not hesitate to recommend Erinwood Ford to others! EDIT: As of yesterday I paid a visit to Erinwood Ford as I was in the area & was reassured that the rotors were replaced by the service department. Ali kindly took his time to show me how even brand new rotors can appear old. A+ customer service. More

They treated my Mom with the up most respect! My mom is a 69 year old single woman who knows nothing about cars. She lives in another town and was overwhelmed with the dealership experience. I My mom is a 69 year old single woman who knows nothing about cars. She lives in another town and was overwhelmed with the dealership experience. I told her drive the 3 hours to come visit me and I would take her to Erinwood Ford if she liked the car's I would help her through the process and get her on the road. I called Matt Trueman who I had bought my F150 from in June 2015 and he set us up. Between Graham Townsend and Matt Trueman they walked my mom through every step of the way. They responded to every question and there were lots. They were very patient and understanding making it a very good experience. My Mom said the stress of the dealership was gone. There was no pressure to buy -TODAY- and they got her in a car that worked for her. We purchased the ford on a Friday and she drove it home on the Monday. This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Erinwood. More
