Terrible communication. Made and received confirmation of service for April 12, only to be told they couldn’t service the vehicle for another 5 business days. The car wasn’t Made and received confirmation of service for April 12, only to be told they couldn’t service the vehicle for another 5 business days. The car wasn’t repaired until the he 29th. The phone vmx system didn’t deliver any of the dozens of messages I left. The service department wouldn’t give me the extension number for my assigned representative forcing me to use the cumbersome auto attendant and spell by name directory. I transported my vehicle via tow truck 20 miles because they made the early appointment then took longer to complete than the closer dealerships that were honest about the time. More
