I had a very specific truck that I wanted. A refreshed black GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with a 3.0L diesel engine. Capital showed one in transit that met that description. Mani kept me updated as the truck moved through the system, but upon every delivery date, the truck still sat at the original location. Mani went out of his way to find a new one that was actually on the move to the dealer and made sure it had my name on it. Mani went above and beyond to keep me updated with every step of the process. He did a great job presenting the truck to me once it was ready to be picked up and made sure I knew the truck in and out before I rolled away.
