From showing me different models to showing me all the details of the Ford Edge I chose and was always very helpful, friendly and patient. As for Financing, Adam made it so that it wasn't stressful and was to the point on everything without wasting my time or his which I appreciated greatly. Our new Ford F150 We could not be happier with our new vehicle. We live 2 1/2 hours from Erinwood Ford on Lake Huron and I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this fa We could not be happier with our new vehicle. We live 2 1/2 hours from Erinwood Ford on Lake Huron and I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this far from home. But my husband John was in contact with several other dealers getting information on the F150. He was convinced that Erinwood was the dealer to purchase our F150 from. When we arrived at the dealership the front desk staff acknowledged us immediately and took us to meet our salesman Lucas Dulny. Lucas was an amazing person to deal with. He answered all our questions with expertise and professionalism. He also has AMAZING customer service. Carol in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with our financing of the vehicle. She again has AMAZING customer service and was very professional.
