I've always dreaded car shopping and the process of "negotiating" when buying a new car, but our advisor Steven Z. (and sales manager Riswan) made our experience very enjoyable. We are very happy with the vehicle we've purchased and feel we received a fair price. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, Steven is very professional and an abundance of knowledgeable on all the vehicles! We never felt pressured and are totally happy with our purchase. The after purchase service is outstanding as well. We can truly say every department at Team Chrysler (from sales to financing to service) are very customer service oriented. The only reason we gave 4 stars for quality of work was because the interior of the vehicle could've been a bit cleaner when we picked it up but all in all, it wasn't too bad. I had initially been set on purchasing a Ford d150 as I had previously had a F150, and had reviewed the Dodge Ram (as well as Chev) more so to ensure that I was looking around objectively at all options. After speaking with Louis on the phone, I was really intrigued by his open, candor and then proceeded to look at the Dodge Ram (online) in much more detail, which then led me to consider it as a viable option. I'm very picky and they were very good about taking care of the touch ups right away and made it very convenient for me by providing a loaner car for the day while the work was being done.
