The new team at Kelowna Chevrolet were very friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding in their customer service. The sales person, Jesse, went out his way to understand our needs. Jesse worked with us to find the best vehicle, was available day and night to answer our questions and ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction. We did not feel pressured as we worked through the process. We are very happy with our final purchase and would gladly purchase another vehicle at this dealership. The new owner, Ian Speckman, was also very welcoming, supportive and exceptional in his customer service. Ian recently moved to the Kelowna area. Oil change troubles I recently had to book an appointment for my 2017 Camaro because it was leaking oil. Turns out the problem was a loose oil filter. Kelowna Chev has do I recently had to book an appointment for my 2017 Camaro because it was leaking oil. Turns out the problem was a loose oil filter. Kelowna Chev has done the one and only oil change. So I lost the use of my car for a week and have oil stains in my garage and I did not get as much as a “ sorry about that “ I will have to rethink where I get it serviced, which is sad because until today I really enjoyed the dealer . After receiving this report the manager sent me an email apologizing for my troubles. I think that is great Thanks. More
