Larry Groom was very helpful, honest and informative. Besides the test drive, I was allowed to take the car to the nearest bank where I could get a bank draft to purchase it, and they even gave me a ride to the nearest Autopac location a block away to get my plates, because they were on the way to fill the tank with gas besides. I bussed there, but drove home. In and out in only about two hours. Would definitely return. More

I never felt rushed or that I was an annoyance, I felt like he really wanted me to find the best car for me, that I was completely happy with it. He was knowledgable about the vehicles and if he didn't know something he was honest and would find out the info quickly. Jamie was also very easy to work with in achieving a price to go ahead on. Very friendly and personable, available for questions. The finance person, Julie Baryla was fantastic. I was trading in a car that still had a car loan on it and she walked me through the process and handled as much of it as she could. She reassured me that it would all work out and it did. She is very organized and responded to my questions promptly. It really helped to de-stress the whole process. I can't say enough about how great all the staff there are. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and specifically Larry Groom to all my friends and family, I already have told many people about them! More
