Not knowing exactly what we wanted, our salesman, LARRY GROOM, listened to our wants/needs and selected a couple of different vehicles for our consideration. As it turns out the very first vehicle he showed us more than met our needs (2014 Chevrolet Equinox). As it is still under warranty we took it to a GM dealership to have it inspected for any possible warranty work. The service writer at the GM dealership said that the technician's comment about the car was "WOW". Not sure how many, if any, cars we will be purchasing in the future; but, dealing with Auto Gallery was a very pleasant experience. Thank you to Larry Groom and Auto Gallery. More

I did have some minor issues with both vehicles that were dealt with quickly and they did make me feel like they really cared that I was completely satisfied. Above and beyond I've been toying with the idea of purchasing a new vehicle for a while. Got lots of different feed back from a lot of different people on where to go, I've been toying with the idea of purchasing a new vehicle for a while. Got lots of different feed back from a lot of different people on where to go, where NOT to go. One site that I kept coming back to was AutoGalleryofWinnipeg.com. One of my friends suggested that I give them a shot. That they were really good and that they took care of them. Now, where I'm from, the minute you even look at a vehicle that isn't the one you drove to the dealership with, you're pounced on. I didn't want that but I decided to give them a go. Called them up after picking a few vehicle choices. Spoke with Quinton who was super friendly. Told him about my choices and started the process of setting a date for a test drive. Got a call back from Larry who said he was going to be taking care of me. When I got to Auto Gallery, I was introduced to a couple of the other staff members. Larry came and introduced himself. We got me set up in a Nissan Murano ( the vehicle I ended up buying! ) and I took it for a test drive. I fell in love with it. I tried a couple others but I knew what I wanted. I talked with Julie for financing and warranty info. I opted for getting the extended warranty - super happy I did! Fast forward to almost a month after purchasing my Murano. My battery died. I didn't know this. I knew it wouldn't start. I thought maybe it was the key fobs. It wasn't. Used my warranty to get a tow to a service shop, where they charged the battery. I needed to go back to Winnipeg for rust proofing and other things. I spoke to Jaime this time who told me that they would take care of me. They did. Jaime was true to their word and all I can say is that not even the big dealerships here would do what Auto Gallery did for me. I'm going to be going back to Auto Gallery the next time I'm looking for a vehicle, and I've been singing praises of their customer service. I have never been treated so well by a company. More
