Last week, I experienced some normal (b Today I drove home my second M-B from Jeff, a 2017 GLA. I purchased my first M-B, a B200, from Jeff in 2009. Last week, I experienced some normal (but costly) maintenance issues with my B200 at an unfortunate time for me. Lori treated me with honest empathy as I struggled through my repair-vs-trade decisions. I was issued a loaner vehicle for 1 1/2 wks throughout my transition from B200 owner to GLA leaser. Jeff had the patience of a saint, never playing the hard-sell game, and eventually guiding me to the best decision for my particular situation... leasing. He took his time to explain all my options and worked out the numbers on each scenario (there were several!). I feel my final decision was a very well-informed one. Kristina is such a breath of fresh air. I have a mental block when it comes to finances & form-filling, and leasing was an entirely new hurdle for me! Kristina's warm, cheerful demeanor made the experience painless (and it actually made sense to me!). I left her office feeling as though I had made a new friend. If you are considering a Mercedes, I highly recommend the staff here. More
