Ali the fiance manger offered great advice for additional coverage's that Toyota has to offer, along with having all the paper work ready when it was time for me to pick up my new wheels, took all of 10 minutes. the service department was equally great to deal with , Mario, Kash and his team seem to have a great knowledge of what the term "costumer service" really is !!! A fan for life. I have never had better service than at this dealership. This dealer is slightly far from home (Over an hour drive) but all I can say is its worth the drive and is no comparison to a dealer 10 min to my home. This is an well oiled team in which I can confidently recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent service. More

Obviously a week after buying my first car I scratched it (badly) and a couple of months later I damaged it again. Candice, Kasian, Kristopher and Aaron were incredibly helpful in turning a stressful situation into a positive one. You know that the customer service is amazing when you get treated the same way months following the actual purchase. Awesome service and bestTire package from Mario Have been dealing with Mario and his team for years on 6-8 different cars during that period and I keep coming back although I have to drive 45+ minut Have been dealing with Mario and his team for years on 6-8 different cars during that period and I keep coming back although I have to drive 45+ minutes to get there. All our tires - summer, winter, all seasons have been purchased there , and they are stored there. Even tire dedicated stores cannot match their price and service. Years ago, I used to get my tires and change overs from a Tire specialist store, and they could not eliminate vibration problems after 2 re-balancing, they said the problems were my rims. I took it to Mario and his team balanced them properly saving me the cost of new RIMS. We also always buy the tire warranties and had benefited from them when some tires could not be repaired, well worth the investment. The service is always prompt, pleasant and trustworthy. Never been sold on unnecessary work by the service advisors, if Mario says it need to be changed, I change it, if he says it can wait until next service, I wait, no question asked. All service advisors and technicians are always courteous, and greet you even if they are not assigned to your car. I must have been serviced by all of them at some point. Keep up the awesome service guys and gals. More

Regular service and tire mounting I have been a regular customer since opening. Received a service reminder for my Lexus in the mail from Mario Ng, just in time for winter, great cust I have been a regular customer since opening. Received a service reminder for my Lexus in the mail from Mario Ng, just in time for winter, great customer relation. Booked appointment with Alex and he took care of all the details. He went to the back to assisted the mechanic in getting my tires from storage. Storage service is highly recommended, no mess or back injury to deal with. I own a Lexus and I still service my car here, because of the amazing service I had with my previous Camry and Highlander. Overall great place and people. More
