I never felt rushed or that I was an annoyance, I felt like he really wanted me to find the best car for me, that I was completely happy with it. He was knowledgable about the vehicles and if he didn't know something he was honest and would find out the info quickly. Jamie was also very easy to work with in achieving a price to go ahead on. Very friendly and personable, available for questions. The finance person, Julie Baryla was fantastic. I was trading in a car that still had a car loan on it and she walked me through the process and handled as much of it as she could. She reassured me that it would all work out and it did. She is very organized and responded to my questions promptly. It really helped to de-stress the whole process. I can't say enough about how great all the staff there are. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and specifically Larry Groom to all my friends and family, I already have told many people about them! More

Professional and Courteous Due to recent circumstances we found ourselves in a situation wherein we needed to purchase a vehicle. We went to Auto Gallery and meet with Darryl Due to recent circumstances we found ourselves in a situation wherein we needed to purchase a vehicle. We went to Auto Gallery and meet with Darryl Koch and told him our wants and needs. He proceeded to show us what they had to offer. Our meetings with him were always pleasant with no pressure sales! When we finally found the car we wanted Darryl stepped up to the plate and got the paperwork in order. Again, no hassles. Great to see the camaradeexprie between him and Julie (Financial Services Manager) who helped to expedite all the paperwork. Even though the car was now ours, several days later Darryl gave us a follow-up call to ensure that we were still happy with our vehicle. Not to mention that several days after purchase of the vehicle there was a cheque in the mail thanking us for being a repeat customer to Auto Gallery. It was a great experience! More
