Car was sold clean as a whistle and when problems were encountered during insurance purchasing, Julie faxed over an amended bill of sale to satisfy Autopac and it was much appreciated. We were met almost immediately by Jaime, the general sales manager, who listened to everything we were looking for and set us up to try multiple vehicles. He was patient, understanding and wanted to make sure we chose the right vehicle in the price range we had set. Jaime and Julie were thorough in answering all the questions we had.
