Upon visiting the dealership, I was greeted by a number of friendly employees, including Darryl, Nate, and Julie. They answered all my questions regarding the vehicle itself, as well as financing options. The answers provided were clear, informative, and competently answered. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. I was able to think about all of the information at my leisure and make a decision on my own terms. When I finalized the sale, Darryl made sure the vehicle was inspected top to bottom and that everything was in order. John went through all the financing paperwork with me and did so in a way that made the process easy to understand and as uncomplicated as possible. He was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Did not rush me or play any games. Gave us the facts and I really appreciated that.
