Fantastic Service, very personal by Elliott, Super Product by KIA, drove Mercedes before but now i am Hooked - what a quality and value for that price hey its unbeatable... from now on KIA stands for Konsequent Innovation just Awesome ... Its like a big Family at the Dealership, the Colleges help together, if you come with a Problem everybody tries to help and be there for you. I moved to QB July 15th and wanted a Kia Soul. Arsene & Josh were great to work with. I stopped in to say Hi & meet Arsene & Josh after speaking with them on the phone earlier in the week. 1. Cameron reamed out a sales rep in front of me . Very unprofessional. The reason he reamed him out? Becuase the sales rep related to me that Cameron agreed to a deal and then the next morning Cameron sai unprofessional. The reason he reamed him out? Becuase the sales rep related to me that Cameron agreed to a deal and then the next morning Cameron said something different I believed my sales rep. 2. Car came with only 1 key fob. When I asked for a second one - which most cars have - I was told it would cost me $495. I know these things are expensive. So when I asked if they couldn't do better, I was told that the Manager had said that I'd already received enough of a deal on my putrchase. Again, a very unprofessional response. More

Josh is so kind and patient to us and our children, we arrived with two children under 5 years old and one with spacial needs. Josh and Marcelo did more then any place we visited to let us fell comfortab arrived with two children under 5 years old and one with spacial needs.
