Unprofessional and misleading: this was the worst experience and dealership I have ever interacted with. My husband recently traded in his vehicle for a 2023 trail boss with this dealership. I was interested in upgrading my vehicle for the same truck as I do a lot of highway driving for work and travelling with my family. I was interested in a trail boss that they got ahold of but I was offered a better deal at a Calgary dealership, which Sherwood park was aware of as I was still shopping. Sherwood park refuses to refund my “100%” refundable 500$ deposit, despite having no deal deal signed with them. They claim they ran our credit and had a bank approval for financing. However, I have a fraud alert in place with my credit and I was not notified as I would usually be. Thus, my credit was not checked nor were we pre approved as they were claiming. Josh Gallinger and Harrison Blayney have been completely unprofessional and misleading throughout our whole time interacting with them. I am embarrassed we purchased our first trail boss with this dealership, a month ago. I would strongly discourage my loved ones or anyone from purchasing any type of vehicle from Sherwood Chevrolet. More

After an accident and writing off my 2010 truck, I shopped around and had been dealing with another Chev dealership, but wasn't getting what I wanted. I walked in to SPC and was so immediately impress shopped around and had been dealing with another Chev dealership, but wasn't getting what I wanted. I walked in to SPC and was so immediately impressed with their staff and atmosphere. I worked with a young, up and coming sales guy named Jordan Hagens, and his manager Josh Gallinger. Both were fantastic to deal with, they had exactly what I wanted in stock, and we were able to make a deal on a brand new 2022 Silverado Trail Boss within a couple hours of me coming in. I was super happy. I'll be the first to admit that I typically haven't liked car salesman in the past. My past experiences have been with slimy, pushy sales guys. Jordan and Josh truly changed my view. Super friendly and not pushy at all from the start. I would say they are well trained for the modern vehicle sales world. Josh does need to work on his bean-bag toss game skills, cause he kinda sucks at that, but otherwise he's a great guy! Thanks Jordan, Josh, and SPC. Keep up the good work! More

Went in to check out the Suburban in October and Sean was there to help us out, showed us the vehicle and discussed options.
