Poor customer service. After about 18 months I can finally drive my vehicle at night but no thanks to Sherwood Park Chev. I had my 2017 vehicle in for poor headlights about After about 18 months I can finally drive my vehicle at night but no thanks to Sherwood Park Chev. I had my 2017 vehicle in for poor headlights about 10 times and even though the dealership upgraded and rewired the headlights things did not improve and the headlights kept burning out. At one point both headlights were burnt out and I had to wait almost a full week to get my vehicle in. One of my complaints was that the headlights were on all the time even during the day. I was told by the shop foreman that this was normal and was the only way the new system could work. 4 months ago I took my vehicle to a performance shop and they ended up replacing the bulbs, one of which were burnt out that the dealer refused to replace, and re-wiring the system at a cost of about $650.00 to me. They were amazed that the headlights were hooked into the ignition switch instead of the fuse box. Another example of poor Custer service. today I stopped in for an oil change. I got there early but waited in line. Sign and website said open at 8:30. At 8:45 there was 4 vehicles in line but still not open. When one person in line called the dealership They were told service was closed. Could they not put some kind of sign on the door. More

All they care about is making a sale I leased a new vehicle there in Jan 2017. It is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. my first visit to the service department was the day afte I leased a new vehicle there in Jan 2017. I have been back to service about 10 times with the same type of complaint. I have had many dealings with Jordan Campbell and it is obvious the only thing he is concerned about is making the sale. I have been a loyal and very happy customer I have just purchased my seventh vehicle from Jordan Campbell (fourth vehicle at Sherwood Park Chevrolet). I have been a loyal and very happy customer of Jordan's for almost 10 years and I can honestly say I will never deal with any other dealership than where Jordan is. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and knows what customer service is. During our purchase last week we dealt with Jason in Sales who was amazing as well. He took the time to show us several vehicles and built a rapport with my son who was buying his first vehicle. Rana in finance was also great, she was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to my son. Everyone at Sherwood Park Chevrolet was very friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

Bought 2 new vehicles!! My fiancé and I were thinking about trading in our vehicles. We were hesitant due to the fear of the pushy salesman. The first time I stepped into Sherwood Park Chevrolet I felt like home. The staff are amazing! Mostly I have dealt with the boys in parts due to myself being a parts technician. I asked Braden a while back if my fiancé were to trade in his Camaro whom would be the best to talk to? He said our sales people are wonderful so it's hard to say however if it's the Camaro you would be trading in I'd have to say go see Jim he's the Camaro guy. He owns one and would be happy to assist you on something you love. Few months later my fiancé approaches me with the idea on trading in my Tahoe. He knew I was wanting my Silverado back. Don't get me wrong I loved my Tahoe but missed my truck. So we talked about it for roughly a week and then decided to come in and see Jim. What a wonderful gentleman. He showed us a few Silverados and we were able to find one with my favourite colour, blue. In the meantime my fiancé wanted to see what they had for Camaros and perhaps upgrade his. He's always wanted a bright metallic blue with sunroof, Jim was looking through their stock and found just the one he wanted! So with the help of their awesome Sales management and Finance team: Jordan, Aaren, and Chris we were able to get the vehicles were wanted in the colours and features. Thanks so much for everything you really made us happy customers and family for life! More

New truck I came in with my husband because he was buying a new truck. The sales person asked me questions and I had no intention of purchasing anything.
