Quite honest I was really pleased to have Dillan as a salesperson. Dillan is up front and friendly and offered to let me take the 2014 Jeep overnight. Quite honestly, being able to take a used vehicle home to inspect and try out really sealed the deal for me on this Jeep!! Both Dillan and Paul worked to make a reasonable deal on my terms (simply price plus GST, no hidden fees, no bull) and they didn't waste my time, so I appreciated that very much. My only issue was with Jona and some incorrect paperwork. In hindsight I apparently should have reviewed the invoice closer as my wife had to stop in and sign and away we went with the Jeep... only to get home and later discover that Jona had included some ridiculous dealership fees (over 900.00) that were not discussed with me during the purchase and financing. Long story short, I had to go back and have the paperwork redone on Monday. A simple mistake apparently. It was fine in the end once it was all rectified, but spending Sunday feeling like I was ripped off initially soured the experience for me. In any event, a week has passed and I'm quite pleased with the Jeep. Thanks! More

Once he found one on the lot that suited my approval he got it ready for a demo drive. upon returned i was greeted in a very friendly manner and asked what a thought. once i said lets talk turkey Dennis came in and again asked my concerns and of course i said price. he offered and then i offered and one more trip up the hall way a deal was made. i felt at no time pressured into making the deal. I feel that is the way thing should be done. I appreciated what Ron Dennis and Jona did and as the years go by will probably return. I have purhase units over the years from capital and seems to be getting better each time. More

Capital GM was the only dealership in Saskatchewan that had a CT6 Platinum in stock. We initially contacted the dealership online. Jon Dreger got back to us and within 2 days and a few telephone calls we came to an agreement on tradein value of my car and purchase price of the CT6. A few days later we drove (450kms) to Regina to pick up our new car. The transaction was a pleasure. Jon introduced us to the car and spent an hour or so showing us the various features of the car in a highly professional manner. Jona McLeod look after the documentation quickly and efficiently. He made it easy. We also met Jay Paull who welcomed us to the dealership. I have purchased many new cars over the years. I can honestly say that our experience at Capital was far better than any dealership we previously have dealt with. Every person we met at Capital GMC was professional, courteous and knowledgable.
