My wife and I have had a Chrysler/Dodge Grand Caravan since 1984. Their latest model has many new features which were unfamiliar. However, I soon became comfortable driving the car with John's explanations and under his patient guidance. John Walker made my buying process easy answering all my questions, discussing various financing options and never with attitude. The purchase was completed quickly and efficiently. The next day I picked up the new car with John testing my memory and knowledge of the new features. Then, John introduced me to Deepak Dhiman at the service department. I write to report an extremely pleasant experience with John Walker at Ontario Chrysler on May 14, 2024. He was already very busy when my wife and I called with an unusual deal, involving trading a high John Walker at Ontario Chrysler on May 14, 2024. He was already very busy when my wife and I called with an unusual deal, involving trading a higher priced vehicle for a lower priced vehicle. We were operating under time constraints and the MOT licensing office closed owing to a power failure right in the middle of things. John got the deal done and got us on our way with an absolute minimum of delay. He made the problems vanish and, despite having many others clamoring for his attention, overcame all obstacles. He proposed a deal that was eminently fair to us. Even more important, he was pleasant, attentive and courteous throughout. Just bought a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe, with John as the sales person. Right from the start, before ever meeting him, I felt comfortable with him.
