Darryl Koch looked after us as we test drove a couple of vehicles, and he stayed a little longer that day to review the Carfax report for the car we were interested in, and helped us secure it with a deposit. We found his manner welcoming, positive, and client-centred. We also had contact with John Harland who reviewed warranty options with us a few days later, and helped us decide from amongst our options on the best package for our situation. Both of these men were personable, well informed, open and helpful, as were the other support staff we met. They helped put us at ease as we went through our own decision making process and then made our purchase as clear and straight forward as possible. This was a most welcome experience compared to our previous encounters when purchasing the family car from other dealerships. We will certainly be back when it is time to look for our next one. More

I dealt with Steven and John and told them about my bad experience with Birchwood Ford and how I was taken advantage of as a first time buyer. I can say I felt like they listened to me and understood the situation I was in, and helped me finance a newer vehicle at half the interest rate I was charged before. I had to wait a night for them to safety the vehicle, but without me asking I was offered a loaner vehicle to take home until my vehicle was ready which I thought was nice. Also they gave me a full tank of gas when I picked up my vehicle for being patient with them while they worked around getting me financed without requiring a co-signer. P.S. It was comforting to see all the plaques for 'best used dealership' for like 7 or 8 yeas in a row. More

A week after I stopped by with a few concerns about the Sportage and I wanted some answers, again Darryl and Jaime answered all my questions and made sure everything was good. When we went inside we were immediately greeted by their reception and was introduced to Darryl Koch. Darryl provided an excellent, no pressure service to us! He was knowledgeable and was super friendly. He showed us our car and even arranged for a test drive. He was upfront and honest when we sat down with him and immediately showed the car proof for our vehicle. We met with John in financing that same night, even though they were closed already! They didn't rush us out and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. We got the car a few days later and we are so grateful! It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Julie and John are experts at providing all the information I needed, and Darryl and Nathan made it very easy to make my purchase decision as well as get me back on the road in my new car.
