I'd been looking at small, pre-owned cars, sort of entertaining the idea that if I found something affordable, good on gas, and in decent shape, I may consider buying. The day I went in, Jaime made a list of cars on his lot, that matched what I was looking for. I think I test drove about 5 cars that day. Jaime was so patient in pulling out the cars, explaining the background on each car and letting me know that I could re-test drive a car if I felt like I needed to. After driving around in different cars all day, I decided that I needed a couple of days to think. There was no pressure from any of the staff to come back and make a purchase. I left with all the information I needed. In my mind, I had narrowed it down to two cars, and sure enough, I went back to test drive the two that I liked. At this point I was handed over to Quinton. He pulled the two cars for me, and suggested one other that fit the description of what I was looking for. Ultimately, I ended up deciding on a 2015 Nissan Micra, that was practically brand new, with 500 KM's on it! I put down a small (refundable) deposit, just to hold the car, and went home until I could come in to talk to the finance department. John from finance was cool and genuinely seemed interested in finding the best financing option for me. He laid out all the ways I could finance my car, including options I may have outside of their dealership (through bank loans, LOC's etc). I ended up financing through their dealership :) With my line of work, I'm paid out bi-weekly, but receive tips/gratuities once a week, way beyond what my car would cost to finance on a weekly basis. Knowing this, John suggested that I pay for my car weekly, as opposed to bi-weekly or monthly, to mitigate the feeling of having a large sum of money deducted from my bank account. My Nissan Micra had a set of winter tires on it when I test drove it, and as Spring was coming up, I wanted a set of all seasons. AutoGallery, left the winter tires on it, but we're able to sell me some all seasons for when I needed to do the change over. When I took the car home, I noticed the automatic locks in the car weren't working. I told AutoGallery about this, and they set up an appointment at Nissan for me, took my car to Nissan, and gave me a rental in the meantime. The locks were fixed in less than 3 hours. I've owned my little car for almost 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier! The entire process was so easy, and not once did I ever feel like I was being pushed into signing or buying anything. I've always described car salesmen to be like sharks, out to get you to buy anything at any cost, just so desperate to make a sale... Not at AutoGallery. Quite the opposite. When you walk into this place, and talk to the staff, you realize that whether you buy a car or not, they're going to sell it to someone else, because there's no pressure, and their inventory consists of immaculate, pre-owned vehicles, with clean histories. Whenever people ask me about my car, I always mention how big of a role AutoGallery played in my final decision to actually purchase my first car. They made it less scary and less daunting. AutoGallery has my business for life. More

Exceptional Service We were at a point that it was time to purchase another vehicle. Not knowing exactly what we wanted, our salesman, LARRY GROOM, listened to our wants/needs and selected a couple of different vehicles for our consideration. As it turns out the very first vehicle he showed us more than met our needs (2014 Chevrolet Equinox). As it is still under warranty we took it to a GM dealership to have it inspected for any possible warranty work. The service writer at the GM dealership said that the technician's comment about the car was "WOW". Not sure how many, if any, cars we will be purchasing in the future; but, dealing with Auto Gallery was a very pleasant experience. Thank you to Larry Groom and Auto Gallery. More

A very good experience. I will ask Quinton for our next car! I was looking for a specific vehicle and found it online at Auto Gallery. I live 3 provinces and a territory away. I made what I thought was a fair offer, we discussed why it was fair, and it was accepted without hassle. I bought it sight unseen, and Quinton provided what information he could about the used vehicle. All paperwork was sent Canada Post and pictures or other information were readily sent via email or text. The loan was quickly arranged. Quinton held the vehicle for about two months until I could pick it up. I flew to Winnipeg, was greeted at the dealership, and saw the vehicle for the first time. Within minutes I was on the road. Any and every option I wanted on the vehicle was added at a good price and with no hassle to me, to create the vehicle we wanted. It has been a very good experience, and I will ask Quinton to find my next vehicle! More

no hassels and completely transparent I was recently involved in a collision that wrote off my vehicle. Thankfully, no one was injured, but I was dreading searching for another vehicle based on previous experiences at other dealerships. I chose Autogallery because I liked the selection of inventory, reasonable prices, and above all else, customer service. I dealt with Darryl in sales, and he was very patient and made me feel like a valued customer - not just a number to make a monthly quota. He was easy to talk to about any concerns I may have had, and did not try to push me into any flashier or more expensive vehicle. John dealt with the financing side, and he took his time to not only understand my individual needs, but also be completely transparent along the way. He explained where every dollar came from, and thoroughly explained all my options. Honestly, this little write up does not do this team justice. I cannot recommend them enough if you want an enjoyable, transparent, and professional experience. More

He was asking us all the right questions with nothing being forced upon us. It was nice not to be pushed into something you did not want. We found what we were looking for, and finishing off the purchases, John Harland sold us what we wanted and could afford in terms of warranties and vehicle protection. Very easy dealing with this dealership and will return someday to buy a truck. More
