Well, John was our sales person. We were pleased how he adapted to old senior’s needs. He spoke more slowly and gave lots of time for Ron to respond. He slowed down showing us the features of the car and m adapted to old senior’s needs. He spoke more slowly and gave lots of time for Ron to respond.
